Change can be difficult. Facing a life change/transition can create anxiety in us, fill us with grief over what we have lost and leave us feeling confused and uncertain about the future. WIT is a psycho-educational and support group for women who are going through different transitions in life. Transitions could be of any kind including divorce, death of a loved one,job loss, empty nest, caring for a loved one, illness/injury, relocation etc.

If you are reading this, your life has most likely taken a major turn. This group is for anyone who desires SUPPORT in dealing with a present or recent divorce experience. I would like to start a group for people transitioning from a relationship back to single life. This group will discuss the issues surrounding the "break-up" and offer ways to ease the pain through creative and mutually enjoyable outings inthe Chicagoland area.
